Not at all. While the workshop uses storytelling and scenarios inspired by roleplaying formats, the content is grounded in real-world leadership challenges. It’s designed to be fun, engaging, and completely accessible—no prior experience needed.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, a notebook (if you like to jot things down), and an open mind. All workshop materials will be provided, and you’ll have opportunities to interact, reflect, and apply what you’re learning.
Will there be food or drinks provided?
Yes! Light refreshments and beverages will be available throughout the day. You’ll also have time for a lunch break—with nearby options available, or feel free to bring your own.

What if I’m introverted or don’t like group activities?

Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Tickets are refundable (minus a small admin fee) until April 15, 2025. After that, you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you're unable to attend.
