When I founded Stenson HR Consulting in January 2024, I knew that I didn’t want to rush the creation of its core values. It’s easy to think of core values as something you can quickly put together, but to me, they are much more than just words on paper. They are personal. They represent what I believe in, how I want to operate, and the culture I want to build—both for my business and the community I’m hoping to serve.
